Germany & France - 5-10 working days via DHL from Munich, Germany - FREE
Signature is required.

EU & Europe - 5-10 working days via DHL from Munich, Germany.
Delivery costs €15 *, FREE DELIVERY on orders over €350.
Signature is required.

*Deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein are charged at €25 due to additional customs charges, the free delivery threshold of €350 still applies to these fours countries.

The delivery times quoted are usual timescales, however in most cases your order may arrive sooner. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders and for international deliveries your order may also be delayed in customs which unfortunately are out of our control.

DELIVERY SERVICE 

All deliveries within the EU will be delivered by our courier DHL. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from DHL. including your tracking details. All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address. If you are not at home, you will be notified by DHL and a redelivery will be attempted.  

Delivery timescales at times can take a little longer depending on the destination. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders.

 

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER

All N.Peal items are made to the highest quality however if you find an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund. Alternatively if you wish to exchange for a more suitable size or colour, we can also arrange this for you. All items must be returned in perfect, re-saleable condition.

Please note returns are to be made at your own cost and  all items are returned to us at your own risk, we therefore recommend you choose a registered or tracked postal service. We are not liable for any items that you return to us and cannot issue a refund until the goods are received.
