DELIVERY CHARGES & TIMES
EU & Europe - 5-20 working days via DPD.
Delivery costs €15*, FREE DELIVERY on orders over €350.
Signature is required.
*Deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein are charged at €25 due to additional customs charges, the free delivery threshold of €350 still applies to these fours countries.
The delivery times quoted are usual timescales, however in most cases your order may arrive sooner. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders and for international deliveries your order may also be delayed in customs which unfortunately are out of our control.

All deliveries within Germany and European countries requiring shipment by air will be delivered by DHL.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from DHL including your tracking details. All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address. If you are not at home, you will be notified by DHL and a redelivery will be attempted.
All other European road deliveries will be delivered via our courier DPD.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from DPD with your delivery details including a 1 hour delivery window and some options in case you are not available.
If you have supplied your mobile number, you will also receive an SMS on the delivery day with this information.
If DPD are not able to safely leave your parcel, you will receive a card through the door with instructions on how to collect your parcel or re-arrange delivery.
Delivery timescales at times can take a little longer depending on the destination. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders.
Unfortunately, we do not currently delivery to BFPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
We offer a delivery duty paid (DDP) service to a lot of countries around the world. This means that any duties or customs fees have already been paid when the parcel arrives with you.
Unfortunately it is not possible to offer this in every country, and if you are placing an order to be delivered to the countries listed here you may receive duty and customs charges and these must be paid for by you before delivery can be made. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All N.Peal items are made to the highest quality however if you find an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund. Alternatively if you wish to exchange it for a more suitable size or colour we can also arrange this for you. Extended Xmas Returns - Any items purchased between 1st November & 24th December 2022, you are welcome to return for an exchange or refund up until January 22nd, 2023.
Returning an order from outside mainland UK
Unfortunately due to the increasing charges for returning items from outside the UK, returns for ALL international orders must be made at your own cost. Please note that all items are returned to us at your own risk and we therefore recommend you choose a registered or tracked postal service or organise your return via our customer service team. We are not liable for any items that you return to us and cannot issue a refund until the goods are received. All items must be returned in perfect, re-saleable condition. Note: As we trade in GBP and due to changes in international exchange rates, some refunds for international orders may vary slightly to the initial order value.
Returning a mainland UK order
For mainland UK orders we offer a FREE returns and exchange service if made via our courier, you will receive a returns label and instructions within your parcel. If you choose to return via the post office you must do this at your own cost.
