Germany & France - 5-10 working days via DHL - FREE

EU & Europe - 5-15 working days via DHL.
Delivery costs €15 *, FREE DELIVERY on orders over €350.

*Deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein are charged at €25 due to additional customs charges, the free delivery threshold of €350 still applies to these fours countries.
The delivery times quoted are usual timescales, however in most cases your order may arrive sooner. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders and for international deliveries your order may also be delayed in customs which unfortunately are out of our control.

CHRISTMAS FINAL ORDER DATES
To ensure delivery of your Christmas order on time, kindly place your order by the following times:
- Deliveries within Germany, please order by 8am CET on December 18th.
- For all other EU customers, please order by 8am CET on December 14th.
Please be aware that we are committed to making every effort to ensure your order reaches you in time for Christmas. However, there are instances where courier services may face significant backlogs, resulting in potential delays. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact our customer experience team.
DELIVERY SERVICE
All deliveries within the EU will be delivered by our courier DHL.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from DHL including your tracking details. All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address. If you are not at home, you will be notified by DHL and a redelivery will be attempted.
Delivery timescales at times can take a little longer depending on the destination. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
We offer a delivery duty paid (DDP) service to a lot of countries around the world. This means that any duties or customs fees have already been paid when the parcel arrives with you.
Unfortunately it is not possible to offer this in every country, and if you are placing an order to be delivered to the countries listed here you may receive duty and customs charges and these must be paid for by you before delivery can be made. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be.
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER
All N.Peal items are made to the highest quality however if you find an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund. Alternatively if you wish to exchange for a more suitable size or colour, we can also arrange this for you. All items must be returned in perfect, re-saleable condition.
Extended Christmas Returns Policy
Any purchases made online between November 1st and December 24th 2023 can be returned up until January 22nd 2024. For purchases made from 25 December onwards, our normal return policy will apply.
FREE RETURNS WITHIN GERMANY
If your order is being delivered and returned within Germany, you will receive a free returns label, included in your parcel, your return can then be dropped off at any local DHL or Post Office. Please ensure you take a note of your tracking number and obtain a proof of postage to guarantee safe delivery of your parcel.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER FROM OUTSIDE GERMANY
If you are returning your order from outside Germany, please return your order to the following address.

We are not liable for any items that you return to us and cannot issue a refund until the goods are received.
